The 150th anniversary of the birth of leader Mustafa Kamel

"You Are Not Alone", "Spirits in the City" and "Drawing Egypt" Exhibition
In celebration of the 150th anniversary of the birth of leader Mustafa Kamel and the World Humanitarian Day
As part of the celebration of the Fine Arts Sector headed by Prof. Dr. Walid Qanush of the 150th anniversary of the birth of the national leader Mustafa Kamel (14/8/1874), as well as the World Humanitarian Day, which falls on August 19.
The sector, represented by the General Administration of Cultural Activation and in cooperation with the Cultural Development Fund Sector and the National Memory Preservation Project (Cairo is My Address), organizes a number of diverse events within an artistic and cultural program that includes the following:

1. A visit by a group of the audience of the "Spirits in the City" seminars to the Mustafa Kamel Museum on Thursday, August 8, from 6 pm to 7 pm, with an explanation from specialists in history and architecture. A group of plastic artists, including the "Drawing Egypt" youth group, will also draw paintings in the context of the visit inspired by the Mustafa Kamel Museum and its personality.
2. An exhibition at Prince Taz Palace to display the paintings that will emerge from the museum visit under the name 150 Years On the birth of Mustafa Kamel for a week from August 8 to 14, with a meeting called "Spirits in the City" at 8 pm on Thursday, August 8.
3. Screening of a film about the leader Mustafa Kamel with a session to discuss the film in the Al-Hadara Cinema Hall on Saturday, August 10 at 7 pm.
4. In celebration of the 150th anniversary of the leader's birth and the World Humanitarian Day, the "You Are Not Alone" initiative will be held at the Mustafa Kamel Museum on August 19, hosting 35 orphaned children from the Imbaba Library and their families.
5. The General Administration for Cultural Activation will organize storytelling, drawing, coloring, pottery, and art therapy workshops on August 17, 24, and 31 at the Mustafa Kamel, Ahmed Shawky, and Modern Egyptian Art museums, respectively.
