Zahwa Gallery is honored to invite you to a meeting and conversation with the internationally renowned Egyptian visual artist, Fathy Hassan.
Born in Cairo, Fathy Hassan is deeply rooted in his Nubian heritage. He studied and lived in Italy for many years before moving to the United Kingdom, where he currently resides. He carries with him the stories of his journey, the lost land of his homeland, and the hope of return, along with voices that continue to resonate through time. His works flow like an inscription on memory, possessing a poetic language of symbols, silence, and contemplation, and narrating tales of identity, exile, and belonging with unique human depth.
Join us for an evening of “Lucky Trail,” a tea session with the artist where art transforms into dialogue, and storytelling becomes home.
Wednesday, November 12, at 6:00 PM
