The Golden Jubilee Exhibition of the Syndicate of Fine Artists Launches with the Participation of 250 Artists
Under the patronage of Dr. Abdel Aziz Qansouh, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and Acting Minister of Culture, Dr. Mahmoud Hamed, Head of the Fine Arts Sector, and artist Tarek El-Komy, Head of the Syndicate of Fine Artists, inaugurated the "Golden Jubilee" exhibition this evening, Monday, July 20, at the Palace of Arts in the Cairo Opera House.
The opening was attended by a large number of artists, former heads of the sector, and art critics.
This exhibition celebrates fifty years since the founding of the Syndicate of Fine Artists (1976-2026) and serves as a vivid visual documentation of half a century of creativity.
The exhibition includes a vast collection of artworks by approximately 250 artists, representing various generations, trends, and artistic schools that have shaped the Egyptian art scene.
The exhibition is an exceptional event whose impact extends beyond being merely an art exhibition, offering a valuable addition for students, researchers, and scholars. The exhibition showcases diverse artistic schools from different eras, reflecting the evolution of Egyptian visual identity from the founding of the School of Fine Arts in 1907 to the present day.
