Subscription terms
Participation in the art exhibition with only one work, and its size must be between 60 and 120 cm. The artist has the freedom to choose the subject separately.
On political and religious topics.

The work must not be copied or printed and will be presented to the committee formed for this purpose.
The last day to confirm participation for Arab and foreign artists is 3/10/2024, so that we can issue visas for upcoming artists.
The works of Iraqi artists will be delivered to the Ashtar Institute (Baghdad - Ziona) from 3/10 until 3/17 pm.
The works of Arab and foreign artists are delivered on the day they arrive in Iraq.
To participate in the fashion show for Iraqi and Arab designers, the subscription is for only 6 pieces.
To participate in the festival with all its details, for Arabs and foreigners, $450, which includes 6 days’ accommodation in a double room with breakfast.
Participating in the exhibition, tourist tours, obtaining a visa, attending the traditional fashion show, and attending the closing and honoring ceremony.
