Othman Al-Khazeem is a Saudi plastic artist. He was born in Al-Kharj in 1375 AH (1955 AD). He is considered one of the most prominent names in the second generation of Saudi plastic art, and holds a qualification in the field of decoration from Italy. He held many exhibitions inside and outside Saudi Arabia, the most prominent of which is the (Arabic Craft for Dialogue) exhibition in Geneva in 2019.
Exhibitions and participations Participated in the activities of the Saudi Cultural Days in Beijing in 2010. Solo exhibition at Jeddah Atelier in 2011, in which 90 works of varying sizes were displayed. He participated in an art exhibition, his paintings include poems sung by His Royal Highness, the poet Prince Badr bin Abdul Mohsen, in 2013. Exhibition (Sun of Color) held during the activities of the Riyadh International Book Fair in 2014. “Ghatwa” exhibition at Sama Madar Al-Mubdi’een Gallery in Riyadh in 2017. The exhibition included 35 works and lasted for four days. The exhibition (Arabic Letters for Dialogue), which was held in Geneva under the auspices of the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2019 AD, on the occasion of the opening of the forty-second session of the Human Rights Council. Exhibition (Letters Without Words) at the Vatican University in Rome in 2019. It was supervised and organized by UNESCO and supported by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The “Letters Without Words” exhibition, which was hosted by the headquarters of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) in Paris in 2019, on the occasion of the organization’s celebration of the International Day of the Arabic Language. He wrote a corner (Raiha Lone) in Al Jazeera newspaper.
