Artist Ali Al-Saffar is a Saudi plastic artist born in 1954. He holds a diploma from the Institute of Art Education in 1978 and a diploma from the College of Art Education in 1986. He held the position of Head of the Fine Arts Department at the Saudi Arabian Society for Culture and Arts, Dammam Branch in 2000. He held more than 200 group exhibitions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and abroad.
