Ghadeer Hafez, a Saudi artist, was born in Medina in 1978. She worked as a teaching assistant at the university and then left work to establish her own “Al-Ghadeer Creativity for Arts” institute to train women and children in Jeddah in 2008.
The artist, Ghadir, says about the Ghadir Studio for Creativity: “It is the result of my sense of responsibility towards art, and as I learned, I have to teach others and pass on my art and my knowledge to other generations to spread cultural awareness among women and develop their artistic taste by undergoing various courses that carry in their content not only visual arts, but also The art of etiquette, self-refinement, and the improvement of human behavior, because visual arts build a civilized person. In our studio, we are interested in Al-Ghadeer Creativity Studio, which specializes in teaching plastic arts to women and children, and which helps to develop skills and refine artistic talents such as drawing, plastic arts, and photography. The first Saudi plastic artist, who represented Saudi Arabia in the country of Kosovo in the field of plastic art, she says: “It was a difficult task, as I wanted to be the best ambassador in the exhibition for my country and to give a good impression to the participants about plastic art in Saudi Arabia, and my participation with international artists was a great opportunity for me. She was also the first artist to represent the Kingdom in several European countries in addition to Kosovo, which is; Albania, Macedonia, Cyprus, Austria, Siberia and Greece, and the first Saudi artist to represent the Kingdom in Korea with an exhibition by Clemensi. She presented her artistic works in several art exhibitions, and her participation reached 38 group exhibitions. She represented the Kingdom as a member of the jury for 28 countries in the first international forum of our children for people with special abilities, which was held in Egypt under the auspices of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi for the year 2017. The subjects of her paintings are derived from mixing fantasy with reality, so she says: “The art of fantasy is what I like very much because it brings me satisfaction, as imagination is not impossible in it, and if it is mixed with something from reality, it gives the work a greater strength and feeling to reach the recipient, and this matters to me very much.” She has several works owned inside and outside the Kingdom, and she works as a trainer for plastic arts in her personal studio, “Al-Ghadeer Creativity Studio for Fine Arts.” She is also an artistic activist and has several activities inside the Kingdom to encourage artistic talents, including the first group exhibition for the students of her center entitled (The Fruits of Al-Ghadeer 1) for female students Those who train in her personal studio and under her supervision, which was held in the Tahlia Mall for the year 2011 AD. She held the second group exhibition for her students, which was held in the Culture and Arts Association, entitled (The Fruits of Ghadir 2) in 2014 AD. She held several drawing workshops in various regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including (the eastern region - Jeddah - and the Al-Baha region). She opened several art exhibitions for school students. She participated in a number of artistic articles in several newspapers. She participated in a number of television interviews in Several satellite channels, and presented several episodes of etiquette arts for Saudi TV. About her ambitions, she says: “My achievements have not ended yet, because I am still working on developing myself, and when I die, the file of my achievements will be closed. As for now, I have not finished yet.
