Nader Helal is a visual artist, born in 1971 in Cairo, Egypt. Bachelor of Art Education in 1995 from Helwan University. He works and lives in Cairo. He moved to work in Dubai from 1998 to 2006. For a long period, Nader’s works were based on oil painting as an “experience” whose background is based on the intellectual and theoretical foundation of ancient Egyptian art. Then Nader turned to the diversity of materials and textures, the use of acrylic, and the creation of tensions on the surface to create a color and tactile frankness that serves the content of the painting and deepens the idea.
